Smoker for 30 years. that mint candy plus smoking for 1 week only in July 2021. Gradually stopped smoking over the 7 day period. After 1 week only no longer wanted cigarettes. After 1 year I have gradually, through same system as stopping smoking, reduced the mint canides down to 3- 4 per day by including normal chewing gums during day. Do not want to smoke, have no craving for smoking. Will not smoke again.

I am trying to stop smoking for some time now. I consider myself as quite heavy smoker. That’s why I find it really difficult to stop. I have tried different products in the past but nothing have help me to get rid of the urge to light up that cigarette! I remember years ago when these 1st came out & they took the edge off & stopped the craving, but that was only when you could muster up the courage to have one, as it tasted like you were chewing on an actual ashtray lol But nowwwww, it’s so so different! 😀 These taste actually minty fresh, once the flavour seems to die down (like any chewing gum does), but you need that ‘hit’, after chewing some more, the flavour gets mintier

This product is exactly what you need to stop your cravings for cigarettes, anyone looking for a way to quit smoking without the struggles associated with it - use this product! The icy white flavour was great also - especially if you are a previous menthol cigarette smoker (before the ban) like myself. I used a piece every 2-3 hours and reduce my cigarette consumption from 10 a day to just 3 and now nothing!

I tested it for 7 days. I was smoking from 11 years but because I have baby after pregnancy I started again… Which was not good decision, but for her sake I decided to try! And I’m absolutely in love with this candies. First two days was a bit hard but then on the day 3 I woke up and I felt much better. I fully recommend it to everyone who want to quite!
