How does shipping work ?

We source our distributors from Europe for the total distribution of our products (We also have dedicated distribution centers within the USA). In this way, we provide faster shipping to all countries. When you place an order, it is shipped to your address by our distributor and then it is delivered to the main postal service for the country to be delivered to your address. However, as soon as your package departs from us, your “Tracking Code” will be sent to you and you can track your package whenever you want.

Can I track my order myself ?

Yes, you can view the current status of your package at any time with the “Tracking Code” we will send you after your package is on its way.

In addition, the status of each customer’s packages is monitored by us every day, and the recipient of the package is informed by our communication department in case of necessary and critical updates.

Do I have to be at home to receive my order ? Is a signature required ?

Since our customers’ packages are mostly delivered during business hours, we do not require a signature. However, in some domestic deliveries, the postal service may require this for its own rights and demands. This is not a requirement that is our responsibility.

Can I change the address while my order is on the way ?

Once your order is on its way to your address and your “Tracking Code” is created, unfortunately we do not have the possibility to change the address.

Smoker for 30 years. that mint candy plus smoking for 1 week only in July 2021. Gradually stopped smoking over the 7 day period. After 1 week only no longer wanted cigarettes. After 1 year I have gradually, through same system as stopping smoking, reduced the mint canides down to 3- 4 per day by including normal chewing gums during day. Do not want to smoke, have no craving for smoking. Will not smoke again.

I am trying to stop smoking for some time now. I consider myself as quite heavy smoker. That’s why I find it really difficult to stop. I have tried different products in the past but nothing have help me to get rid of the urge to light up that cigarette! I remember years ago when these 1st came out & they took the edge off & stopped the craving, but that was only when you could muster up the courage to have one, as it tasted like you were chewing on an actual ashtray lol But nowwwww, it’s so so different! 😀 These taste actually minty fresh, once the flavour seems to die down (like any chewing gum does), but you need that ‘hit’, after chewing some more, the flavour gets mintier

This product is exactly what you need to stop your cravings for cigarettes, anyone looking for a way to quit smoking without the struggles associated with it - use this product! The icy white flavour was great also - especially if you are a previous menthol cigarette smoker (before the ban) like myself. I used a piece every 2-3 hours and reduce my cigarette consumption from 10 a day to just 3 and now nothing!
